Create a new operator (Telenor)
Step 1 – Create new operator
- Follow the steps in the guide Create operator.
Step 2 – Select Telenor
- Click on the operator Telenor.
- Select the option Special MEX info.
Step 3 – Enter Pilot user ID
- Fill in Pilot user ID and click Save.
Note:
- Pilot user ID and P-Preferred-Identity is the same thing.
- Telenor uses a unique text string that Pilot user ID, example:
EF46798ST00000XYZ51243.
Manage operators for Tre
Step 1 – Add number
- After the operator Three has been created, click Mobile number.
- Select Add number and specify the special Billing ID mobile number from Three.
Step 2 – Set activation time
- Enter the desired activation time and click Save.
Important:
- The special mobile number must be added to each response group, IVR and independent number to function correctly.
