You can share a chat message in a direct chat or in a channel. Any messages, files, etc. sent to you can be shared.
On computer
Step 1 – Select the message
- Hover over the message you want to share.
- Click on the option to share.
Step 2 – Add comment (optional)
- Write a comment if you want to send something extra.
Step 3 – Select recipient
- Decide whether you want to share to a chat, channel, or team.
Step 4 – Schedule (optional)
- Choose whether to schedule the sharing and enter a time.
Step 5 – Confirm
- Click Share.
On mobile

- Touch and hold the message you want to share.
- Select the option to share.
